FEDERAL VILLA BEACH RESORT LANGKAWI

The Federal Villa Langkawi is a 3-star beach resort located on one of Langkawi island's finest beach, Pantai Tengah. Pulau Langkawi (Langkawi Island) lies on the north west of Peninsula Malaysia. The resort is just side by side with its sister resort, the Holiday Villa Beach Resort & Spa Langkawi.It is about 15 minutes drive from the Langkawi International Airport in Padang Mat Sirat. or one hour by ferry service from Kuala Kedah (mainland)..

Federal Villa is sited on 4 acres of land with a breath-taking view of the sea. Cozily tucked against a backdrop of majestic green hills, the Federal Villa is designed to cater for leisure tourists. The beach resort features 88 well appointed guest rooms ranging from standard, deluxe, apartment suites, homestate villass and chalet suites fronting the white sandy beach of Langkawi.

ROOMS

All the guest rooms and suites are well equipped with modern conveniences for guest comfort. This includes individually controlled air-conditoning, colour television with free in-house movies and selected satellite television programs, IDD telephone service and in-room coffee/tea making facilities.

The resort is also equipped with handicapped facilities.

RECREATIONAL FACILITIES

Various recreational facilities are available at the resort which include a tennis court, a fitness centre, surau (praying room), and children's playground . In addition  two large swimming pools with open air jacuzzi, an indoor pool for ladies, Kiddies Fun Club, internet room and Amoaras Relaxation Spa are available for
guests of Federal Villa to use as well at Holiday Villa.

HOW TO GET THERE

Malaysia Airlines (MAS)  flies daily to Langkawi from Kuala Lumpur International Airport. Low cost carriers AirAsia and Firefly also flies daily to from LCC Terminal and Subang Airport respectively.
The flight from Kuala Lumpur to Langkawi International Airport takes about 50 minutes. Direct flights to Langkawi is also available from Singapore . The resort is 15km away from the airport and takes about 15 minutes by taxi.

The island is accessible by ferries from Kuala Kedah , Kuala Perlis and Penang to Kuah, the main town of Langkawi island. Once you arrive at the jetty, public transportation are available to take you to the resort.
